A dialogical process: a dialogue facilitating discussions that encourage you to reflect deeply on your beliefs, assumptions, and life choices.

A focus on meaning and values: helping you explore themes such as meaning, purpose, and values in your live. This can include addressing dilemmas about relationships, careers, and personal identity.

Critical thinking: philosophical counselling emphasizes critical thinking and reasoning. It will encourage you to think analytically about your situation(s) and challenge any unexamined assumptions.

Existential exploration: Incorporates existential philosophy, examining issues related to freedom, responsibility, and the human condition.

The Audacity Health protocol for burnout is aimed at more than recovery. 

Burnout is defined by the World Health Organization in part as a syndrome resulting from chronic workplace stress that has not been successfully managed.

Among other things, having high self-esteem is correlated with the change management skills needed for a competitive edge. The Audacity Health approach to cultivating self-esteem focuses on strengthening self-efficacy and self-respect, helping you replace fear-based avoidance with confidence-based action.
