This work is designed to support ongoing therapy, not replace it.

  • High-responsibility professionals navigating breakdown moments

Rapid-response crisis calls

Intensive stabilization sessions

Service Structure:

Retainer: $5000

Hourly Rate: $500

Crisis availability typically within 90 minutes when possible.

Intensive sessions of up to six hours available during active crisis.

Services available virtually or in person in the Toronto region.
